Background
This is a fictional pre-dreadnought which was built in 1.16.5 for the Rugged Domain, which is a nation made for the film of the To The End server. It was also part of a slight competition with Homeless Emperor (at least on my side) for who can build the sexiest capital ship, the ship is also what I would consider a step up from my previous builds. And for obvious reasons I will not upload the previous ones in case I humiliate myself. As for potential questions on why there are no map file, the ship was built on a server and I do not know how to use litematica so I'm unable to transfer the ship onto an individual world.

As for a few design choices, this ship was designed to be compatible with movecraft, which means that the main armanents are all naval tnt guns that can rotate. The gun was provided by the server owner SpaTimeSpaTime (or Jesus Spa as I call him). You might notice that it does not have an aft bridge, which was intentional in order to squeeze in enough weapons onto the ship that if, if It was going to be used for combat it would be somewhat capable of poking the enemy. The broadside guns, and secondary armanents are basically aa guns.

Afterword
Building this ship has been a major fun, my approach to this ship was to simply add as much detail within my capabilities. A few tricks that I used in order to achieve some things was to use world edit to form the block according to how I wanted it, and then copy and paste. I mainly used world edit as a result of not having perms to use debug sticks, however I am not going to lie, I am not the most efficient person at using debug sticks nor am I particularly good at using it. I personally also prefer to hand texture surfaces, as I feel that it's easier to control the outcome of it compared to using world edit. I also believe that my mast isn't very accurate or realistic, but the way it currently looks fits my aesthetics more.

The design of the ship is heavily inspired by various US pre-dreadnoughts, and I will probably build naval ships of other types in the future tho whether I will upload them is a whole other question.

A gorgeous vessel! I give you victory of this contest by default as, unlike me, your ship was made up. I at least have the benefit of historical sources for Kirishima, I would never have been able to make a completely original hull. Props to you chad
