Unzip the file, and place it in the saves folder.

Mate, I Had This Problem Too With The McSchematic Being The World Save, Just Go On Mediafire, Upload The World Save, Copy The Download Link, And Paste At "Download URL"

No, it's a school laptop. It is the only capable computer to run Minecraft.
