This map is from Pink Floyd's The Wall movie.
In the movie, a psychotic rock star who has dealt with the trauma of: his father's brutal death in the war, his cheating wife, memories of an abusive teacher, and dealing with isolation leads him to form an unreal wall separating him from the real world. He eventually tears it down in his mind, but the journey he goes through is long and tough, including this scene, where he dreams of being a dictator like figure, the very thing that killed his father.
Because I did not know I would be uploading this map, it is titled Flat Yall II because the map is superflat.
