The floating island was made by me, with some help from my friend, JosephFletcher, and has a house, a pond with a stream flowing out of it off the island to the ocean below, and a donations area (I built it on a server). There is a dock on one side with an airship (original design, made all by me) docked on it. The modern house is a 2 story house with a basement. In the basement there are a dining table, a flatscreen with a couch and coffee table, a Jacuzzi, and a storage room. The first floor is somewhat cramped with another flatscreen with a snow layer couch and wooden coffee table, a work desk with a PC, and the kitchen with a small dining area across from it. The second floor has the bathroom, the master and only bedroom, and a game room/entertainment area.
