This is a windmill with a tiny garden and a tree sitting on a floating island.
The island itself is a direct fit to the hole below it (the hole came from the default map generator).

Project lost due to server admin incompetence

Maybe unconciously. I just saw that crater randomly around and thought it would be a good idea to build a floating island above it. :-)
