Fully automatic flower collector. Just fill the dispenser, start the machine and walk away.

1. Fill the dispenser with bonemeal.

2. Switch the lever down to unlock the pistons and clock. Then push the button to start the clock.

3. When your done using it, flip the lever back up to turn the machine off.

Added a dispenser for bonemeal and reworked the redstone making it fully automatic. Changed schematic, screenshots and rewrote the description.
