I found out the problem. Forge 1.7.10 Isn't compatible with minecraft anymore, Well thats atleast what it says for me

Hey Foxy_1987, I was wondering if you could help me with downloading this. When i downloaded it, i wasn't sure if i had the right 1.7.10 forge version, or if the mods weren't compatible for my computer. Maybe you can post a Youtube video on trying to download it so i can see what i did wrong, or if it's not supposed to work on my device.
