Fort Hamilton is a U.S. Military Installation used by the Army National Guard and the US Army Reserves and is located in Brooklyn, New York.

I'm building this off the Google Maps.

It's almost halfway complete, but I've still got a lot more detail( trees, cars to parking lots, elevation levels, etc.) and structures to add.

Note: The world save size is 125 MB because that map includes more than just the base.

The diagonals can be a bit better, but other than that it looks great.

At first when I saw screenshots of this map I was like "THIS IS EPIC!!!!"
And when I downloaded it I was like "THERE IS MORE THAN ON THOSE SCREENSHOTS? MILITARY CARS + MILITARY AIRPLANES? THIS IS SOOOOO EPIC!!!!!!!!!!" This is the best land structure/custom building map I've ever seen. I gave it a diamond but I vould've give it a stack of diamonds if Icould.

Heh, usually if I look at a military base on Google Maps, it's just blurred. Impressive build, looking forward to seeing it done m8!

I think it'd only be blurred if it was a combat zone which this base doesn't even have any MRAPS, Tanks, etc.

Yeah,I think you're right. I searched for the Marines base in the town where I used to live and on the photos from 2014, it was clear. But, on Google Earth, if you went back to 2005, there was this blurry mosaic of camouflage colors (which is a bit weird when civilians can enter the base because their swimming pool is public :P ). Anyway, if you want, here are the coordinates of the place I was talking about: 52 02'30,69 N 5 19'40,33 Just look back at the photos from 2005 on Google Earth. :D
