It´s (maybe) spraying
(I don´t know if it´s just me or if mojang has changed some things with FallingSand entities but they seem to be invisible for some reson) ! And making noises. If u are not playing in a snapshot u should replace the slimeblock with a block of ur choice to make the lever work. And the hopper clock is´nt powerd be default in 1.7 so put thomething in there. :D
