Recreation of French Embassy in Korea, located in Seoul. Built in 1961, it is one of the most famous architectural works by South Korean architect Kim Joong-up and one of the best examples of South Korean modernist architecture. Consists of the residential building and the office, whose distinct and sculptural roof lines was inspired by South Korean traditional architecture (Hanok). Arrangement was slightly modified to fit the existing city structure, but the buildings are mostly faithful to the original structure. Interior included.
