-Survive 3 days without going into hiding
-Find the secret room
-Find the secret(er) chest . . .
-Explore every Island
-Dig a hole to bedrock
-Obtain a legit diamond block
-Obtain a legit gold block

a large volcanic area with little resources, kind of like a survival map, only in post-apocalyptic form :)

maybe a very small amount of trees scattered throughout the area, but still nothing much but desert and lava spouts, having a hilly landscape, but still down to earth enough so that it doesnt look quacky :P
