The complete Garamsythe Waterway from Final Fantasy XII.


A couple of notes:

•The lighting physics in Minecraft differ from those in FF12. I've tried to be as accurate as possible in the re-creation, and so the Minecraft version is notably darker than the FF12 version. The screenshots were taken with a version of the world that uses seamless stone double slabs with light level 15 to make it much more visible.

•The water physics in Minecraft don't allow for functional sluice gate controls as in FF12. I imagine that a clever and complex series of command and structure blocks could render them functional to the point where appropriate water levels rise and fall, but I'm not going there.

The only other thing to mention with the water is that there are several areas in the FF12 version where you're walking around in one-inch-deep water. Well, that's one block deep here, until there are water carpets ^.^
