Hey everyone,

today I show you my latest project: a WW2 railway diorama.

It includes several locomotives used by the Wehrmacht.

-Baureihe 44 ük
-Baureihe 52 Kriegslokomotive (Wannentender/Steifrahmentender)
-Baureihe 86 Kriegslokomotive

In the second world war the Germans rapidly needed freight locomotives, therefore they simplified some trains. They took the unnecessary parts away to make it less expensive and faster to produce. But during the war they needed more trains and they needed them faster. The Br 52 was a simplified version of the Br 50. It is one of the most produced trains from the german railways.

Some kriegslokomotiven were painted gray. I don't really know why, but in that way they were easier to build, after I finished this I liked it and made a custom texturepack with brick slabs and stairs the same texture as clay.

Nice work, unfortunatly minecraft hasn't a big variation of block so thats why they are grey, still looks damn good :)

Nice work! Now it only takes a single partisan to destroy that rail complex.
