I've been working on this project off and on for the past 7 months. It was a serious waste of time. Every active staff/admin on the server said they don't like it. I won't get promoted for it. It seems like everyone else on the server gets promoted for making dirt boxes, but I have to make a city of 30+ buildings for the staff to even think about promoting me. What I'm trying to say is that this project probably will never be finished. If I get 10 requests to finish it, I may do that. I doubt I'll even get 1 request. It is official, this build is abandoned (at least for now).
