Go to mediafire(or other file uploading sites,I can only teach you how to use this one ),make an account.
Place the map in an archive.
Therewill be an upload button on the top of the screen,press it
There will be a big +,drag the archive there
Now,copy the link to the page where people will download from,the direct link,not the one t oyour page
Update this map,or just delete it and make a new one.
Either ways,in the text box from the very down of the page,it will tell you to put the link to the download page,paste the link you copied.
DONE
Now people can freely download
