This is a complex road interchange just outside downtown Minerdam which connects California Street, Kings Street, and Freeway 5. It is near various landmarks in the city such as Gardea Park, Leiden University, and Mission Square. California Street continues eastbound through the park and eventually forms the Hayden Tunnel, which travels under the bay and connects to the eastern towns of San Andreas and Falco City.

All ramps and signage have been installed, but there is still some landscaping to be done.
