I think about leaving this site.
First of all, I don't play Minecraft anymore. Each new update only confuses me. It's not as fun as it used to be, I have no motivation to play alone and my irl friends stopped playing it. What's the point of being an active user on a Minecraft fansite if I'm not a Minecraft fan?
I lost my passion for skinning too. I wanted to quit it a few months ago but Skin Fight kept me active. You can see in the low amount of posted content that I struggle to get motivated to make a skin. I feel some pressure to post skins instead of genuinely enjoying it. I wanted to open commissions or join the SF staff in the future, but this perspective is too far to keep me active now.
The third reason is not the most important but it's the reason why I started to think about leaving now. Recently many cool people including one of my closest friends were banned or left. I know that it happens, but it was quite shocking to see two people on my sidebar locked. I learn to keep in touch with former PMC members through Discord so this site is slowly losing its important social aspect to me. Right now the only thing that keeps me here is the fact that some of my friends and acquaintances don't use Discord and I wouldn't be able to keep in touch with them if I left.
This is not a final goodbye post. I am not leaving yet, maybe I'll change my mind and be active again.
