Hello,

this is a helicopter that can retract its rotor, propeller and tail unit and drive on the road like a normal car.
It's called "PAL-V One" which stands for "Personal Air Land Vehicle One".

In driving mode it's more similar to an enclosed motorcycle than to a car and in flying mode it's more similar to a gyrocopter than to a helicopter because the rotor is not directly connected to the Wankel engine which only drives the propeller at the back. The rotor's rotation is caused by the relative airstream generated by the car moving forwards.
So, a more fitting name for this vehicle would be "gyrocopter motorcycle" but I've never read or heard this term, so I stuck with "helicopter car".

Did you see this exact helicopter before? It's possible, it's one of the first on google images but still, there are many other helicopter car concepts, too.

I have a list in my notes of cool vehicles I come across from the internet and what I marked it as is “PAL-V” I saw it on one of the videos from a channel called minds eye design.

Oh okay, yeah there are some videos about it. PAL-V is the company's name that manufactures these helicopters. Besides the PAL-V One model there also exists a PAL-V Liberty model, for example.
But yo, cool that you knew it before!

What do you mean with I "beat you on the pop reel"?
The pop reel just shows some of the new submissions, so you can't really beat anyone because it doesn't rank submissions.
