Herobrine's Labyrinth (A SMP Slender-Remake Map)

You are lost in a labyrinth, and you are not alone... Herobrine is out to wipe you and your friends off the face of this world, and the only chance you have left is to defeat him in combat. The only catch... you can barely see through the super dark tunnels of the labyrinth, and there is no way to find out where Herobrine lurks... (This game is an attempt to create a Minecraft Mini-Game that stimulates the fear and terror you face in the classic terror game Slender. Note that this "map" only includes one map to play on, "The Labyrinth", which is why I was asking the community if they wanted to submit their map ideas as well. Maybe instead of a labyrinth, you could build a huge forest map or something like that. Just make sure the map is of reasonable size to hold up to 24 players.)

One player is selected to be Herobrine, and everyone else is thrown into the labyrinth in the hopes of somehow killing Herobrine. Since Herobrine has invisibility (no name tag) and full diamond armor (+ sword), I would recommend teaming up. However, there can only be teams of up to 4, no more than four. The players must all work together to defeat Herobrine, and there is no health regeneration on the map, so when players damage Herobrine, they can damage him and know that his health can't be regenerated. Herobrine can see all of your player tags, so he has a huge advantage. Seeing Herobrine pop out of nowhere and kill you is enough to make me freak out!

Rules:
There are some rules that must be followed for this map to work best.
1) You must play this map in Adventure Mode (ID=2)
2) No cheats. You must use the texture pack that is included below, as it makes Herobrine appear and it also gets rid of potion particles.
3) No breaking blocks.
4) No raging if you get killed. You may follow the game's progress by using an invisibility potion to watch the action happen.
5) Either Herobrine kills everyone or the players beat Herobrine... That is the only way the game finishes.

Resource Pack:
At the moment, I can't figure out how to make resource packs correctly. If someone knows how to, then please make one for me! This is the pic I'd like to be used for the pack.png, link here. The following are the changes I wish to be made to the pack.
- Diamond Armor (Helmet, Chestplate, Pants, Boots) -----> Herobrine Skin (You can copy and paste over the diamond armor using Paint. Right click on the file and click "Open With" then find Paint.)
- Potion/Effect Particles to be Invisible. (That means that no particles appear when potions are used.)
- Some sort of realistic texture on Spruce Wood, Leaves (ID 18 Oak leaves), Brown Wool, Cobwebs, Bookshelves, and Stone Bricks (ID 98)

The map is in the works! This is a sort of heads-up for what is coming out next. I estimate the map should be finished in a few days!

This map is a general idea... If people want to make more maps along with my Labyrinth map, please do. If the map is of high quality, I may even post a link to it from here!

Plugin/Mod:
I was hoping that someone could make a plugin/mod for me of this map. I can see this map may actually become a decent work, and I'm sure that there may be servers that decide to take this map idea a step further. So I was hoping that someone could build a plugin for this map (idea). It would include:
-Commands:
- /set-herobrine (playername) [Sets the player named as Herobrine. This would immediately equip him/her with diamond armor for the texture pack, or just somehow make them look like Herobrine without a resource pack. This would also make it so that creepy music plays around the Herobrine player that gets louder as Herobrine gets closer to other players. When Herobrine is within 20 blocks, it starts playing an evil laughing sound that is a warning to the player.]
- /clear set-herobrine [Removes the Herobrine selection from the player who was identified by the command above.]
- /spectate-game (playername) [Allows a dead player to watch the game from either third or first person views.]
- /spectate-game clear [Turns off the spectate mode and returns the view back to your player.]
- /set player-spawnpoint [Sets the players' game start point to where you are standing. When the game start command is used, the players telelport here.]
- /set herobrine-spawnpoint [Sets herobrine's game start point to where you are standing. When the game start command is used, herobrine is telelported here.]
- /start-game [Teleports all players to the starting spawn point set with the command used earlier, and teleports Herobrine to his special potion room spawn point. This also starts a scoreboard like system, where when Herobrine kills someone is says "(Playername) was killed by Herobrine. _ Players left alive. The game ends when either no players are left alive, or when Herobrine is killed.]
- /set-player deathspawn [Sets the player deathspawn to where you are standing. Deathspawn is like a jail, when players die they are spawned to the point and put into permanent adventure mode until the game ends.]
- Also have it so the game runs like a game, where it announces when a player is killed and lets everyone else know that there are _ players left.

I dont think it will be scary. I think it would be mostly creepy story and gameplay.

I was referring to in general having the Herobrine player suddenly appear. Maybe not "super duper" scary but at least a bit scary.

No I was trying to get it done with a resource pack and using the "server-textures" feature in the properties file! You know, retexture diamond armor to Herobrine's skin, etc.
