The "Electrical" Fence - By Mamp
This is a small version on how to make a Medium Advanced, yet quite demanding electrical fence on Minecraft. All you need is Fences, Glowstone, Levers, Slabs, Redstone Torch, Redstone Wires, Redstone Repeater and Dirt to put the Fences up if you want to build it without MC-Edit or by flying.
You can make this to increase the security to your city, house, item or objects that you may own. It looks extra great from above.
This can work on a big scale aswell, but its ofc required more materials. I do recommend that you build with 5 fences between each pole, so that the lights from the Glowstone match abit into each other. It's what makes the fence look cool at night. And just to add, its 8 levers on each pole of Glowstone on this version, 4 on each side. Unless if its a corner obviously. Since you then get 24 levers on the 12 Glowstone blocks above Slabs.
I wish there was wires in retail minecraft, cause it would look even better. I might be making the challenging electrical fence to show off to you guys. But to make it look abit more "advanced", i put in some redstone that is indicating that its some sort of "wired system" if you want or maybe a "laser" thats alerting you of your enemies intruding. You decide what you want it to be ^^ I just love how cool it looks =)
With plugins on your server you can make the entrance have for example fences that can be taken up and down by only you and/or you friends. It's also possible to make it harder to get in with Pistons.
You might notice that i put a fountain in the middle. That is just to show how it would look with something "contained" inside. I want to keep that Fountain safe.
I put inna MC-Schematic for you guys to download if you want to. On request i can also give you the map itself, but be ware its just a big flat mapnwith the fence in it. I hope you enjoy =)
