Hi there,
This is next of my new-built highrise buildings in Capitol city - Hoffmann Trust Building - 13 storied Beaux-Arts building located on corner of Mellark Avenue and Everdeen Square in city centre. There's small garden on the roof and in the street is covered terrace for caffé/restaurant.
Building was inspired by another noname building in NYC somewhere near Union Square I think.
