this is my biggest build ever: 28 floors ( 13 on ground - 15 underground), 200 bedrooms, 2 swimming pools, nihgtclub, restaurants, commercial centre, many beaches, and my house^^ .

I build this in singleplayer mode without any mods during 2 years, but i stop the build here i don't have the time now so if you want continue it, do this and HAVE FUN xD
