Since I created an account here, I might as well share my little pet project. I'm building a replica of the (old) Hololive-EN Minecraft server. Most recent version is here:

This is now probably as complete as it'll get. There remain some notable differences to the original. Some b/c I like them better the way they are, like Ina's and Bae's first houses. I also don't see much reason to do the canyon between HQ and Eagle Rock that Gura created. For some others I don't have enough reference material (e.g. the part of the Phoenixton renovation that Kiara's mom did). There are also a few things I added simply for convenience (e.g. the hopper under Ina's cobblestone maker, the green wool farm, and the cow farm next to the Christmas cake).
