Made this one together with a friend, before I get into chunk building, when I barely know how to use worldedit.
My first "big" project that made me into minecraft creative building.
All interiors are completely decorated, barracks, tavern, audience room, dungeon, treasure room, all 10 rooms in the big tower, absolutely every room (except the gatehouses), and I obviously can't post all the screenshots here.
I suggest you explore the castle yourself.
Minecraft version is 1.14.3, no mod required. Although I was using bitbetter texture pack in these screenshots.
If only proper machicolations can be done in vanilla minecraft.

May i transfer the structure from your map to mine?
If you are using any version below 1.12 and 1.12 itself, then i suggest world painter and mcedit
If you are using any version above 1.12, sadly, only mcaselector
The bad thing is, MCAselector will only copy the chucks you want that includes the structure, that means beside the main structure you will also have to import elements of the environment
For example, if i want to copy this castle structure, and i'm on 1.14.4, i have to copy all the chunks that consist this castle, which means i have to copy elements from the environments too, which is super inconvenient
