House of Ellia is a practical workshop manor situated within the mountains, which includes a Thaumcraft workshop and a potions lab. In addition, it comes with a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and lots of storage facilities. Within the backyard, there is a working animal stable and a beautiful greenhouse. You can even enjoy watching the sunset from the Boathouse. It's perfect for you to move into immediately.
