The Map
We are proud to present to you our interpretation of “Dragons Edge”!
This map is the main scene of the DreamWorks “Dragons” TV series, which plays between the first and the second part of the HTTYD trilogy.
Walking clockwise around the central training arena, you first come past the dragon stable and then the hut of Tuffnut and Ruffnut. To the right of their house, you can find the boar pit and the stairs to the Clubhouse. Continuing, a little walkway leads past Snoutlouts, Hiccups and Astrids hut. Behind the latter, you can find the lookout towers from which the Night Terrors scan the island for danger. Finally, after a little hike through the grass, you end up at Fishlegs hut with the little rock garden in the back.
We would also recommend a tour of the highest peak in the back, the trail will lead you past a little surprise that you should really check out! ;)

The Tips
No mods, resource packs or anything of that kind are needed to run this map. It should work in Singleplayer and Multiplayer.
However, in order to be able to get a few images into the game, we used Tryashtars awesome “Image Map 3” plugin. Thus, the in-game maps numbered 0 to 26 are already blocked. If you accidentally mess up and remove a map, we hid a little backup for you. Just head into the little ravine in front of the central arena and remove the gravel blocks on the left. Behind these is a little lighted room with the chest containing all 27 maps needed to replace any damaged or removed images.
They are numbered as follows:
00 to 06: The 7 dragon class icons around the door of the dragon stable, numbered through from left to right.
07 to 12: The 6 parts of the big 3x2 map of the island in Hiccups hut.
13 to 16: The 4 parts of the 2x2 symbol above the entrance of Snoutlouts hut.
17: The cover for the 4 lanterns on the top of the Clubhouse.
18 to 26: The 9 parts of the big 3x3 picture of our map at night, located outside on the back of Hiccups hut.
If you accidentally delete this backup too, you may want to try putting the missing map into your inventory via the Minecraft commands. Just slam it in Google, you should find something on the topic.
There is a single big wave to the front right of the map. We were just trying around, feel free to delete the wave if you don’t want it. Or copy and paste it all over the map, your choice. :p
Near the said wave, we placed a 150-block high barrier block tower. This can be used to mark a position via WorldEdit or similar. There also is a barrier block in the water diagonally across the map. Here you can mark your second position and thus easily select the whole map in WorldEdit, for example for the //distr command!
The Other Stuff
Our plan is to upload version 2 later, which should then cover the complete island; thus, this map is still WIP.

do the construction in 1.12.2, many more people will praise you or something, and also contain more mods at 1.12.2V 2.00 is currently on hold as we are doing other stuff apart from Minecraft. I do want to make sure this version stays useable though.
You said you want us to make sure this run in 1.12.2. This Map was made in 1.16.4. Do you actually mean we should make this work with 1.12.2 (older) or did you mean a newer version (1.16.5) but just mistyped?
To be honest, I myself am not that much into Minecraft to know the advantages of older versions. :p
