Human Ham

Recipe: Human Ham
Ingredients:
3 Freshly Chopped Heads
2 Home-grown Potatoes
1 Spoon of New-Zealand Butter
2 Tablespoons of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Fruit Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Pepper
1 Cup of Italian Cherries
1/4 Cup of Spring Water
Choice of Organic Vegetables (for Garnish)

Steps:
1. Blot the heads dry. Take butcher knife and slice off parts of each head, from above eyebrow and below nose.
2. Drain blood till about 50% is left. Do not rinse with water.
3. Take salt and distribute evenly on each head (around 3/4 per head).
4. Sprinkle light amounts of pepper on each head.
5. Rub and Marinate for 5 minutes.
6. Put in oven and set to 80 degrees for 20 Minutes.
7. Rinse potatoes and Cherries.
8. Peel potatoes and remove Cherry stalks.
9. Mash the potatoes till you get a nice gluey-yellow substance and put it into a tin.
10. Add 1 spoonful of butter into the tin.
11. Bake for 5 Minutes.
12. Throw Cherries into a blender together with 1 teaspoon of fruit sugar and 1/4 cup of water.
13. Blend moderately (with or without a mixing stick) for 30 seconds to get a dazzling crimson paste.
14. Pour the paste into a small cup and get a spoon ready.
15. Take out the Mashed Potatoes and sprinkle leftover salt over it.
15. Remove Heads from Oven. (Don't forget your gloves!)
16. Stack heads on plate.
17. Place Tin of Mashed Potatoes on side of plate.
18. Use a spoon to scoop the Puree and drizzle it across the plate, along the edges.
19. Garnish dish with your choice of vegetables.
20. You're ready to serve. Enjoy!
