its a map download, not a schematic.
you want to unzip the downloaded file and then

you want to put the folder containing the level.dat in your minecraft saves folder.



your minecraft saves folder can be found by opening file explorer.

type %appdata% in your directory.

open the minecraft folder, open the saves folder.

and copy the whole folder there.
