This is one of my work in progress projects. I thought about a planet entirely covered by water where the inhabitants have evolved technologically and built a city over the water. That's how Idrotopia was born.

This world comes with a custom texture pack, which I'm also still working on along with the city, both inspired by high tech designs and sci-fi.

I planned the city to have one central square, which divides the city in different zones: housing, factory, trading and culture. The city has a space port with landing pads for airships and space vehicles, too.

I plan to use redstone for elevators and similar kind of contraptions, trying to automate all the factories.

Idrotopia won't be the sole city on this planet. As Idrotopia is white and bright, there will also be a dark and gloomy twin, equally developed city where the opposite faction of this planet is going to live. I only have the general idea for this one, waiting to develop while I'm building the first city.

I don't know how much time it will take me to complete this project, as I'm building from time to time, alternating between various other projects. Anyway, if you have any suggestions or ideas, feel free to post in the comments.
