Hue Flag Tower is one of some unique flag towers in Vietnam, which is a witness history of Hue Imperial City with many historical events.The Flag Tower is in the middle of the South of Hue City and especially in front of Hue Citadel, so it was called a King’s Knight.This is a place where people often shoot fireworks in annual Lunar new year of Hue City. National flags on the Flag Tower were hoisted twice, one in Tet Mau Than 1986 and one on March 26th, 1975 when it was the liberation of Hue City from American Empire.It is a huge construction of three flat-top frustum pyramids, one lying on top of another and its total height is 17.5 meters.
