This is my true first try at modern building. The house is larger than I originally anticipated, but it worked out extremely well in the end. The front of the house contains a beautiful garden and a staircase leading to the front doors. Inside you are flooded with light and space. The ceilings rise giving Infinite height and depth. The front opens up to a bedroom on the second floor and a pool below. The left becomes and living area with a staircase leading down the kitchen and dining area. The living area has two sets of double doors leading the balcony for a gorgeous outside view of the land. The right part of the house is a game room with a water feature and next to it is the garage.

The rendering program I use is Chunky. As for the texture pack, it's called Modern HD.
