My name is Akira and I hope you have an awesome time with these escape rooms. Special thanks to my teammates: Samuraii, Lasersloth, Alesandro and Makkuusen, AdamsApple, and Ricster.
Recommendation: Do not play this map if you have a very very potato PC. As it might struggle with this map in some rooms and the final time won’t be very accurate.
Rules:
1- If you are making content of it, make sure to credit the map creators and at least post the map download for others try it.
2- Everyone is forever stuck in gamemode adventure. This means you can’t break any blocks in the normal way.
3- You can drag any friends to play with you. Although, keep in mind that having more people doesn’t mean it will be easier.
4- Even if you are playing alone, change your single player world into a LAN world. Because you’ll need to read books and that will result in the timer stopping while doing so.
5- You can’t use any commands besides “/kill“ if you get stuck and are suffocating between two blocks.
6- You can make use of any glitches, except the invincibility time gained by reconnecting to a server or logging out of your world. Doing so in your single player world will also result in a different final time.
7- To validate your run time, everyone on your team has to finish the last room. Take a screenshot of you and your team with the scoreboards. The entire recording, at least until the short-term competition ends (August 31st, 2022), should be kept secret between you and the creators.
8- Having a piece of paper, pencil, and eraser on hand is recommended and permitted. You will likely need to write down some details over the course of your run.
Game Mechanics:
1- The rooms are fully made out of command blocks. So you can restart the room as many times as you want.
2- Between each room, your progress will be automatically saved. If you die, you will be teleported to the beginning of your current room.
3- Boats that are 10 blocks out of the reach of any player will automatically despawn.
4- You are not supposed to take fall damage nor suffer from hunger damage. Although, you are supposed to take fire damage, creeper damage, etc.
5- Even if gamerule: KeepInventory is true, no items from any mob or block are supposed to drop.
