This is the second apartment build I did with Cocricot.
Recently I have been focused on practicing building in a style that is representative of modern appartments. This build is a variation on the previous one, specifically in that it has clearly defined rooms, space for greenery, and a back entrance. Downstairs has a traditional feel with a colour scheme inspired by the sunflowers you see. Upstairs is definitely more modern. (No bathroom, however. Oops!).

Though the interior stuff would look better and more realistic, so to say, with Seus PTGI, they got ray tracing in there
Unfortunately I have a rather low-end Mac that I work on
and It can't run a lot of the mods and shaders that are available.
