this is my first worldpainter finish its not really good but its my first one ill be practicing and i will upload more as time goes on sooner or later once i feel like im good enough i will be creating a custom world for my friends server
and sorry a bout the bad camera angle not all the chunks where loading ill get opti fine soon

you go to file then export and select export has minecraft map once it is done it will automacitly go in to your saves id recommend watching youtube videos just look up worldpainter tutorials

Try using the noise brush and move it in little circles with a mid intensity to get more natural mountains. Even better, make a custom brush to get an effect like this:
