I checked in my side and the odds are 0.66 % !

Explanation : The odds that a normal pigman riding a strider is 3.3 % and the odds that a baby pigman spawn is 5 % so 3.3 / 5 = 0.66 !

Is this really done by the computer or a command result; i am pretty sure this is possible with command but never seen this in natural game aswell
