The reset command chain will reset everything except the glass walls the dont face between the glass prison (villager) and command blocks

there are signs for indication

if you want to escape to the command blocks, just break the glass, as above, only the GLASS BETWEEN COMMAND BLOCK AND VILLAGER will reset
