I understand that a tower like this is challenging, given that the two approaches with this building are to either make the floors useful thus losing proportion, or make it proportional and lose the usefulness of the floors. The second part that is challenging with this build is actually with the buildings around it and the limit of the game, as this building is supposed to actually be nearly 4 times the height of the world in Minecraft. Given that, you approached this reasonably well, and the details are fairly good, given the proportional problems you had to run into. One thing just a technical thing the image you labeled as "plan" is in fact an elevation. A plan is a drawing seen from above, while an elevation is seen from the side.

It irks me how low scaled his skyscrapers are, but they do make good renders.
