DESCRIPTION:
Here is a massive selection of 145 free brushes and secondary brushes that can be used to texture hills, mountains and canyons of any shape and size! The pack also contains some modular mountain ranges to build big mountain formations quickly and some canyons for cracks, holes, caverns and so! The pack also includes "secondary" brushes that can be used to complement the main ones, by adding water streams, texturing, etc.
HOW TO USE SECONDARY BRUSHES:
Use the brushes marked as "flow" or "depth" for the zones where water flows.
This means you can use it to make rivers (even tough the small streams
look weird), but also to texture better (for example, you can use them
to paint moss or coarse dirt to make your terrain look more weathered).
The brushes marked as "Wear" show the zones where the water flow has
affected the terrain. I use these to add a bit of variety to the mountain by
applying a slightly different texture or layer.
The brushes marked as "Deposit" show the zones where sediments deposit
over time, so the more stable zones, that are suited for growth and forests.
This is especially useful for volcanoes, where i use them to apply basalt, thus
making it look like a layer of ash has settled overtime.
