Hey guys, we're back with another small build. Stay tuned and watch our twitter for sneak peeks of our first big project, coming soon.
Lore:
The story of a small valley, today known as Lantern valley, began with a group of nine desperate refugees looking for a new home. They had managed to escape from the the corrupt nation of Taragon, and they now sought a new place to settle. With them, they had a small supply of food, very little water, and an old, weak, horse. They travelled across deserts, trekked through mountains, and walked upon ice lands. As they journeyed from biome to biome, they eventually stumbled upon plains. They saw many new plants, streams, and animals. Half the group was certain they had at last found their home. Unsure of what they would do, they set up a temporary camp on the plains. Each day, several groups of 2 or 3 would go to explore this new land. Days passed, and they prospered. But just when they thought it couldn't get any better, a group of tree explorers found a valley. Under the dim light of the moon and stars above, they couldn't see much. But in the valley, a few bright lights caught their attention. As they went to get a closer look, they realized that the lights were lanterns, hung on trees unlike they had ever seen before. In that valley, they saw a few abandoned structures, a field of crops, and a flowing stream. Although it was old and abandoned, the crops were plentiful, the structures were warm, and the stream was full of fresh fish. So they began a new life there. On that very night, they harvested the crops and collected fish and had a feast to celebrate their new home and discuss what they would do. They decided to name it Lantern Valley, for it was the strange lights that first led them to this remote paradise. To this day, nobody knows who first built Lantern Valley or why, but the descendants of those nine settlers thrived there for centuries, and they will never forget how they found their home.
