I present to you, the Spawn of Winnilla UHC, a survival server with ultra hardcore mode enabled. I'm sure you all know the concept of UHC from the Mindcrack series on youtube. We play like that every day :)
In this project I will be showcasing our Server Spawn, built by yours truly and a few trusted members (credits last in this description).
Spawn is an incredibly detailed area with lots of buildings to explore and quite a few secrets to be unveiled. In no particular order, we have:

Spawn is an incredibly detailed area with lots of buildings to explore and quite a few secrets to be unveiled. In no particular order, we have:
- The Spawn point, where you spawn when you join for the first time.
- A public library.
- A public tree farm. Featuring all 6 tree types in vanilla Minecraft of course.
- A public food farm.
- A harbor with market place, storage buildings, a few boats and even a whale.
- The magnificent Cathedral and a spooky cemetery.
- A horse ranch.
- The "rich" district, controlled from the shadows by the Thieve's Guild.
- Cozy town houses.
- A prison.
- The Staff Mansion.
- The Greenhouse.
- And plenty more.
- The sewers and catacombs below the cemetery - can be accessed from multiple points around the city.
- The secret hideout for the Thieve's Guild.
- The temple under the seabed.
- The Cave.

Have something to say?
Anyways, I enjoyed the pictures! Incredibly enjoyable to have read and seen, you and your builders have much talent.
You are pretty much spot on with your observations. One of the main goals we had was to encourage exploration. I think we have achieved that. Maybe even too well, because there are still quite a lot of players who haven't found all the secrets yet.
