How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is another map i created on World Painter and it is a bigger island than the other one i made, although the mountains aren't as detailed or as many of them. There is a dense pinewood forest in the bottom right corner of the island so it is an ideal place for an adventure map.

If you use this map for anything and post it anywhere, i must have full credit for the map or it will have to be taken down.

What tool did you use for where the river meets the ocean? like how it breaks into smaller streams?
