The LC-130, apart of the C-130 family of aircraft, is a handful of modified C-130s for Arctic Operations. Using skis installed on the wheels and sometimes even having rockets installed for a quicker takeoff, the LC-130 was able to operate in places such as Antarctica and Greenland with ease. They are typically painted with bright yellow and red.
