Hello PMC!
Today I have built a small redstone, 100% Vanilla device that will give you sticks when you break any type of leaves and dead bushes.
The redstone mechanics are simple!
Once you break leaves or a dead bush, a scoreboard score is set to 1, giving you a stick.
Then it is set back to zero, all done in under a second!
Some bugs:
Mass leaf breaking with shears may bug the machine out, but it should set it back to zero after a second
How to use it:
Use mcedit to place it in your spawn chunk, then press the button to activate it.
(Its is recomended that you put it high up the world, near block 256 so it doesn't get in the way!)
