Axolotls are one of my favourite mobs and so I've made some axolotl statues that are easy to make and great for beginners!
You've got laying left, laying right and standing and you can make them what ever colour you want.

I've used barrier blocks under the arms of the standing axolotl but you can use string as well to keep the concrete powder up if building in survival like these originally were.
