Ok, so I made this small lion statue/fountain for the entry to the city I'm working on and I thought I would share it. I didn't want to make a traditional fountain so gave this a shot. Once again it is a very modest attempt in light of some excellent builders out there. Of course I used a mod as I'm not good enough to go without them yet lol. I would love some feedback as I am still pretty new to MC. Thanks folks!

As KCrat suggested I changed the color on the mane and took a few shots. Looks pretty cool, so I think I'm done with this little project.

Additional Notes

I would love to thank the makers of Too many items mod, Single Player Commands mod and of course Keavators Super slopes mod! And last but not least you guys interested enough to look at this.

Thanks for the comments guys! I did change the color of the mane and now it really pops out and looks tons better! Thanks for the advice! Of course I'm not going to re-post the results as I don't want to "Spam" the projects tab with that small of an update but I'll let folks who download it make the change as they see fit lol. Thanks again for the great feedback!

It is quite good, very nice! Maybe try a darker material to give the mane a different style, but the shape is nice, I Like how you used the slops mod, keep it up.
