Hi all! Today I bring you one of the largest locomotives to roam the British rails: the Princess Coronation Class. Also sometimes called the Duchess Class, these Pacifics are noted as the most powerful British steam locomotive in BR days. Up until the mid 60s, when electrification took place, they ran the largest and heaviest trains on the West Coast Mainline, including the famous 'Royal Scot' service.
The locomotive and tender are 36 blocks long, and the Maroon Mk1s are 30 blocks long.
