Das Stadion befindet sich im Exposition Parkin Los Angeles , USA. Das Stadion besitzt sehr viel Tradition, deshalb wird es auch als " The Grand Old Lady " genannt. Errichtet wurde das Stadion 1922. Es fanden dort die Leichtathletik Wettkämpfe der Olympischen Spiele 1932 und 1984. Der erste Super Bowl (Super Bowl I) im American Football fand 1967 auch im Memorial statt.

Kapazität 93.607 ( Bei einem Baseball-Freundschaftspiel am 29. März 2008 zwischen den Bosten Red Sox und den Los Angeles Dodgers wurde ein neuer Zuschauerrekord mit 115.300 aufgestellt.)
