This is Lucky Presents in one command by JojoGlick in 1.9! Just like any other other one command creation, open up your world,(no mods required, plain vanilla minecraft) type in the chat "/give @p command_block" to get the command block, place it down and paste the command from the description just below in the command block using Ctrl+V, switch to always active, press done, and the module is loaded. Merry Christmas! (If it's still christmas) This command was released in the 15w51b 1.9 snapshot.
