Herobrine not showing up
so basically, more than 3 days have passed but herobrine wont show up or do anything. I just see minor weird stuff. Any explanation?

Try searching for information on the specific pack you're usingthat you expect to add this, there may be a 'trigger' included.
Did you check the data pack is right?
