"Lucy" is a nickname given to AL 288-1 (Australopithecus) that is known as the oldest human-like fossil ever discovered.

This map was named Lucy because minecraft is a survival game that is best to describe Lucy's life in million years ago.
Though it really doesn't have a STORY or objective... YET, feel free to explore the world itself.
